Burns Bison Bass

Here’s one for you bass guitarists out there!
We had a Burns Bison bass guitar come in needing a restring and setup.

After removing the old strings we gave the fret board a good clean with lemon oil to remove any grime, and rehydrate the wood. We then cleaned the rest of the instrument with Dunlop’s platinum 65 deep clean.

We then refitted the strings, and tuned them to pitch. We then checked the neck relief, action and string intonation, adjusting each measurement to the correct specs.

We plugged the bass in and found its huge sound matched its huge physical presence.
Playing and sounding great, we returned the instrument back to a very happy customer.
