A nice start to 2020!
We had a nice start to 2020 with a job that came in. A lady brought a guitar in that
her dad had built, and she had used when she was younger.
Having not been used for many years, the plan was to clean and restring the guitar and then give it to the lady’s nephew.
After removing the old rusty strings, we gave the guitar a good clean and polish. We then oiled and freed up the machine head gears.
We then fitted some new classical guitar strings, stretched them in and tuned the instrument.
Returning the guitar to a happy customer knowing that her nephew would be able to play and enjoy something his grandad, who has now sadly passed, had built years before.
