The company have created some of the most intuitive and diverse effects through the years and they have continued this legacy with their beautifully crafted stand alone effects pedals.
Once the reserve of expensive high end reverb and multi effect units, the TC Hall of Fame Reverb endings are simply beautiful. With 10 gorgeously musical reverb algorithms and even a slot for TC’s patented ‘Toneprint’ technology enabling you to dive into the Tone print editor and literally create your very own bespoke sound, as weird and wonderful as you like! Now don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of great reverb pedals out there and there and a lot of manufacturers creating their own beautiful sounding reverb engines. The reason this pedal is such an instant classic is due to its variation of tones. From drippy amp-like Spring reverbs to huge ethereal modulated hall type settings, the only limit is your imagination.
It’s a pedal that gets you playing and keeps you inspired, there are dozens of brands who have pioneered technically more advanced pedals in the last few years who’s processing power matches and exceeds that of the hall of fame. However, this doesn’t, in any way, change the fact that it has become a staple on so many pro pedal boards around the world, with artists such as Guthrie Govan, Steve Morse, Jeff Beck, John Mayer and even Eddie Van Halen all praising the Hall of Fame for its sonic and tonal variety.
All in all I think this pedal will forever be a true classic to guitarists around the world. Affordable, dynamic and simply gorgeous sounding, l implore anyone to go check this pedal out if they have the chance, you’ll be amazed.
